Primary area of practice is family law. 

Extensive trial experience handling all aspects of family law cases including representing parties in both contested and uncontested divorces, child custody cases, administrative hearings conducted by The Office of The Attorney General of Texas, bills of review, emergency habeas corpus relief, writs of attachment and hearings on appellate issues before the district judges. 

Thorough experience in challenging DNA orders, defective pleadings and prior orders.

Prosecute and defend clients on contempt actions, protective orders, restraining orders and conditional release and rights hearings.
