Estate Probate with Tax Issues
I hired Mr. Abbott to Probate an estate in which there was no Will and had tax issues that were unresolved. In the years Mr. Abbott had the case, I did not feel he was as responsive or knowledgeable as a Probate/Tax attorney should be. I would never hire Mr. Abbott again.
