Daniel Bacalis is one of the rudest professionals I had ever encountered. I hired him to help me with my child custody case. He did not ask me what I wanted and when I tried to contact him numerous times, I would never get to speak with him only his secretary. When I was able to actually speak with M...r. Bacalis, he was impatient, rude and even told me I was irritating him by asking too many questions! He charged me $90 for a 3 minute call! On our hearing date, he did not even represent me! He just stood there and did not ask questions to the other party nor did he try to persuade the judge to what I was asking for, which was not much. I had to hire a different attorney to clean up the mess he did. And thankfully I did that in time to help with my case.
