Hired Don last spring to handle my custody case involving my two kids. Don did an outstanding and thorough job. Mr. Teller represented me in a Suit to Modify Parent-Child Relationship that was filed against me by my daughter's mother. I had primary conservatorship of our daughter at the time. Mr. Teller and his office staff were incredibly knowledgeable of the laws dealing with every aspect of my case. They... were always quick in responding to my questions and concerns and kept me calm through what was an extremely emotional and trying time for me. My case did not even make it to a mediation or a trial. After the discovery deadline had passed, Mr. Teller filed a Motion for No Evidence Summary Judgement on my behalf and won the case on Summary Judgment for me. My daughter's mother appealed the ruling to the Appellate Court and after another year and a half of waiting, the trial courts ruling was affirmed. I could not thank Mr. Teller and his office enough for working so diligently on my case and helping a father prevail in keeping his daughter.

Mr. Teller helped me with my child custody modification case. It was a very complicated case with a lot of highly contested issues, plus it had to be transfered from another state and registered in Texas. Mr. Teller really helped me to understand Texas laws, the Texas court system and about child cus...tody expectations in general. He also went above and beyond in protecting my rights as a father and addressing all of the concerns I had for my daughter.
