Robert James Kersey

I hired Mr. Kersey for what seemed like a simple matter. First, he never let me know what was going on and then he forgot to show up for court. I was told by several around the courtroom that this wasn't uncommon. I drove from out of town for court and he hadn't even served the other side. I don't th...ink he ever did but the my wife hired an attorney that got everything she wanted and then some. She laughed at me and said everyone in the courtroom knew I had no chance. Now I'm trying to pick up the pieces and not sure I ever will be able to.

I met Robert when I first came to Granbury years ago. He helped me with a change of custody case for my son. He got everything done with a minimum of time spent on either of our parts, kept me informed of progress (or lack thereof) the entire time and then was there for me in court along with me. He ...has always been very professional, very courteous to all parties involved and is also a pretty funny guy! We have since become friends as well as my having been a client. I have recommended him to several others for various types of cases. He's my "go to" guy!
