Biography
Mr. Casas Galbán earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Caribbean University in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and his Juris Doctor at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico Law School. After obtaining his license in Puerto Rico, his main focus has been on working exclusively on federal immigration issues in Dallas, Texas.
With great passion and concern for human rights, Mr. Casas Galbán understands that immigrants face an arduous legal battle when they try to obtain their residency and U.S. citizenship. He knows firsthand how much many strive to achieve the American dream by working hard and contributing to the country. Being the son of Cuban immigrants, he recognizes that good people and their loved ones need a strong legal defense. Deportations have intensified, and many immigrants are unaware of their specific human rights on U.S. territory. He understands that we are all immigrants and is ready to defend your rights against illegal deportation, protect the deferred action for childhood arrivals and help with other immigration-based legal issues.
In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, volunteering with organizations dedicated to immigrant service, traveling and spending time with his family.
