From the day I met Walt he was the utmost professional, helping me navigate a very difficult situation, not just in dealing with my employer and the court system, but also just being there for me as a friend. Walt is a God-fearing man, and one of the highest character people I have been around. Every...thing he did was done the "right way" and I will forever appreciate him being such an incredible person and lawyer. Our first court date he absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was just amazed at how intelligent and well spoken he was, getting the judge to see eye to eye with our point-of-view right out of the gate. Due to his decades of experience he truly understands the subtleties not just of law but of how people think and act, an incredible skill for such a talented lawyer. Later, my former employer tried once again to get our case dismissed, and Walt went toe-to-toe with not one, not two, but three high-paid prestigious lawyers, and was able to have the judge rule in our favor on both counts. It was just an incredible show of his talent and ability. At my deposition, I was having to re-live some very difficult times in my life, and not only did he help me get through it on a personal level, where at times I was in literal tears, but also coached me through how to say my piece and tell exactly what happened without letting my emotions distract me from being able to answer the questions concisely. Meanwhile, he did an amazing job in his depositions with my former employers, allowing them to set themselves up to show exactly what they did to me and why. Finally, Walt is a uniquely skilled attorney in that he can handle every stage of the legal process himself. He’s not only an experienced trial lawyer but also highly skilled in pre‑trial litigation and appellate work. Instead of needing separate lawyers for each phase, he provides seamless representation from start to finish, which on top of just being convenient, in fact keeps the strategy consistent throughout the case. There really isn't enough positive things I could say about Walt, as in my mind he has been a literal Godsend. My case against my former employer is still ongoing, but no matter how it turns out, I feel blessed to have met and gotten to know Walt and to have him in my corner during what has been the toughest time of my life. I would highly recommend him as an attorney for anyone going through issues with their employer, as I have no doubt he is the best in the business.
