We unwittingly got into a sticky tax situation via some really bad advise from our previous accountant. Bryon came up with a solution that not only saved us huge headaches with the IRS, but also set us up to minimize, and in some cases eliminate, certain taxes. In addition, he didn’t just focus on solving the immediate issue at hand, but created a scenario that will allow us to seamlessly shift gears in the future and stay good with the IRS. Bryon has also helped us with managing a family trust; he clarified terms that previous attorneys were always vague about, and saved us from making errors that would have cost us a lot of tax dollars.
