We originally hired Bryon to set up our LLC – after trying the do-it-yourself “Nolo way” we discovered there was a lot more to it than meets the eye. Most important, Bryon has superior listening skills – he’s able to really tune into your issue and/or dilemma and then efficiently translate it into legal terms; from there he uses his uncanny ability to “think outside the box” and come up with solutions that protect you and your interests, while keeping you good with IRS, Franchise Tax, and really any other party your business is involved with. We unwittingly got into a sticky tax situation via some really bad advise from our previous accountant. Bryon came up with a solution that not only saved us huge headaches with the IRS, but also set us up to minimize, and in some cases eliminate, certain taxes. In addition, he didn’t just focus on solving the immediate issue at hand, but created a scenario that will allow us to seamlessly shift gears in the future and stay good with the IRS. Bryon has also helped us with managing a family trust; he clarified terms that previous attorneys were always vague about, and saved us from making errors that would have cost us a lot of tax dollars.
