Ran Case Into A Brick Wall
Contacted my ex husband without my approval or hiring to file against me. Stay away from him. Still dealing with the drama he caused for me from a consult.

Replied last August 10, 2021This is not what happened, You verbally agreed to allow me to represent you with a conflict you had with your felon of an ex-husband, Michael Pugliese . I sent him an email informing him I represented you and told him all communication needed to come through my office. He then sent me a profanity filled email in return. I informed you I sent him the email. You had no issue with the email until he bullied you into firing me. We even discussed you not backing down from his bullying tactics before I sent the email. He bullied you into doing exactly what he wanted. Instead of listening to me on the law you decided to be bullied and listen to him. He is not a lawyer and is very wrong on the law. Here is a brief excerpts from the emails he sent to me: "Hahah. 3.7 Google rating out of Cleburne. She has never done well choosing Attorneys that took her money. Just a Jack of all trades and expert at none. You will need to appear as attorney on record on case in our courts. When I see that we will proceed." "You are just another scumbag attorney trying to prey on the vulnerable instead of abiding by laws requirement to “show attempt in creation of parenting plan”. . " "You don’t know your fact, you don’t intimidate me, and you look like a clown. ______ bag: don’t contact me again until there is proof of representation on record and THEN we will decide how we proceed. Later clown!" "Your best bet is to ______ off and never hear your name again. PROBLEM SOLVED _______ BAG! haha" Since he spoke to me in this manner I can't imagine how he speaks to you. He is an uneducated bully and he has bullied you.
