Robert Edward Luttrell III

I hired Luttrell after a referral from a family friend. I read reviews and the positive ones are accurate. Robert has just really started on a journey to help me after I had a squirrelly attorney. After that experience I was truly scared to every hire another attorney, but Robert worked FOR ME. He’s ...so reasonable, straight forward, but most of all HELPFUL to truly defend/represent your wants. I have a few more court hearings to get custody situated on paper, but I have NO DOUBTS. Robert will not only get results, but results Im looking for! Robert is not money hungry he is about JUSTICE and doing what needs to truly be done for his clients!

He was very upfront and honest regarding my options and possible outcomes regarding my crim all case. He was about to get we thexpect absolute minimum punishment even with a state jail felony on my record. Regarding my custody case, he was very quick and effective in getting me the supervised visita...tion I requested due solely on the Father's behavior, even though he didn't have a criminal record. He was even able to work in almost all of my demands regarding child and medical support in negotiation with the father's attorney so we were able to file out final orders out of court. Over all I was very pleased with his work and diligence towards getting both cases taken care of as quickly as possible!

Robert Luttrell has been a true God send , he has taken care of my very difficult nasty custody battle over my two beautiful sons. He fought for us and would never give up , I can't imagine using another attorney he simply is the best . If you are going through a divorce or custody issue he's the man... to trust.

Robert really cared about my case. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. This was a nasty custody fight and divorce. He was informative and helpful. We did not get everything I wanted but we got most of it. He was very upfront with me too. He is very honest and that can be a b...it much.
