We go for all the insurance we can find and we go after all potential defendants until we collect all the insurance money or all our damages, whichever comes first. We also go after under-insured motorist claims and passenger claims, when available. We also go after employer liability and and Dram Shop liability.

Wrongful Death 15%

Wrongful death is when someone is killed due to the negligent or intentional act of another. If the decedent endured conscious pain and suffering before death, there is also a "survivorship" claim. The wrongful death damages for loss of consortium can go only to spouse, children, and parents of decedent. The survivorship damages go to the estate of the decedent and pass according to will or law. Only a qualified expert attorney should handle a wrongful death claim.

Successful Settlement

Our personal attorney recommended Mr. Walton after I experienced a fall in a D/FW area business. Historically, "slip and fall" cases are not lucrative/successful in Texas, but Mr. Walton and his staff felt that my case was unique.
