Stephanie and her staff are amazing!

Stephanie and her staff are amazing! I was very dissatisfied with my prior attorney and hired Stephanie to finish my divorce. She took action immediately and got things done at a much faster pace than my prior attorney. Ashleigh and Sandra who assist Stephanie are outstanding as well! Extremely positive experience

I was faced with a very complicated situation and I hired Stephanie because she â€œgot itâ€. From the moment I started explaining my concerns and fears she total understood my situation and quickly offered positive supportive solutions not only for my case but for me personally. Stephanie and her ...staff were extremely supportive and responsive, I â€˜m sure I could not have found better representation. Performed a Miracle in a Small amout of time

Stephanie was recommended to me very highly by one of my co-workers. I have worked with her twice, once for my divorce and just recently regarding modification to my divorce degree. I had extenuating and compelling reasons to modify the geographical jurisdiction to move and be closer to my Mother. I... had a time line that I was trying to beat because of employment in the area of relocation. It takes forever to go through the court system. Stephanie's knowledge of Collaborative Law is phenomenal. Stephanie scheduled the mediation as soon as possible and we went to arbitration and I was granted to modify the geographical restriction. I hired Stephanie in August 2011 and went through mediation, arbitration and was able to move in November 2011. I trusted Stephanie when she said she would help me and would do everything the most cost effective route and to expedite the process as much as possible. I have recommended her services to my friends, family and co-workers. Stephanie Foster and her staff are so personal, and trustworthy. They responded to every call, email and are very professional. Prodigious Heart

Guys if you are about to go into enter into a divorce; this is the only lawyer you want in your corner! Her team was always there for me, and was very compassionate. I was for warned in the beginning on what to expect from my wife and her attorney. I stayed one step ahead of the game threw out the... whole process because Stephanie told me what to do and when to do it. Case in point, my wife kicked me out of our checking account right before my direct deposit was to hit. But because Stephanie told me to stop direct deposit and open another account, she did not get my pay check! Sandra Patino (paralegal) was the most understanding and kind person I had to deal with the entire process! She was always there to listen and answer any of my questions no matter how emotionally drained I was that day. Thanks Sandra, you are awesome! Ashleigh (accounting) was also very kind and friendly every time we talked. I did not deal much with her, but she was always nice and helpful when I did. ***One of the things you must know from my divorce*** In mediation, the one thing standing between me and a settlement was a set of tires. I did not have the money to pay for a set of tire for my wife's car that she was demanding before she would agree to the terms of the divorce. Stephanie took out her check book and wrote me a check for the $500.00 it would cost me to purchase the tires. Mediation was over 2 minutes later. I don't know one single attorney that would do such an awesome unselfish feat! Stephanie thank you so much for everything you and your staff did for me! @@@DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE RETAIN HER FIRST@@@ You will lose guarantied! The divorce process is a very tuff one, and you will need all the help you can get. Retain Stephanie, and you will not regret it. Get someone else, and you might as well lay down and let them run over you.
