The Best In Arlington

In 2014 I reached out to Stephanie Foster as my marriage began to disintegrate....First as a consultation to protect myself. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of her and all her staff ...but more important the genuine concern. Over the next two years as a divorce was worked out ,... Stephanie always had my welfare first in her mind. All of her staff was caring and made each visit a 'lift' not a down! A divorce is a 'living' death but with the right lawyer...it can end as a new beginning not destroyed lives! I feel the each person at Foster Law worked to make that the goal! I have a son who is a lawyer..so I have heard alot....Stephanie rises above it all. She ( and staff) are top notch professionals with a heart! I would recommend her to anyone....from a simple divorce to one with many assets and /issues' ,Stephanie will stand FOR and BY her client.

I can not thank Stephanie Foster and her entire staff enough for representing me. They were caring, friendly and most of all they work their hardest to get you what you are entitled to. Stephanie was always one step ahead when it comes to strategy. A great relationship was formed with a staff I now c...onsider friends. I could not imagine trusting anyone else with the outcome of my divorce and financial future. I never doubted for a minute through a very lenghty divorce that Stephanie had my best interest at heart, with the very best professional advice and counsel. I had the opportunity to see another well known firm's attorney in action and there was no comparison. I encourage you to go with the best if entering into a divorce, because there is no one better than Stephanie Foster.

Heart

I am still processing the relief that I feel while praising and thanking God for unexpected blessings. Ashleigh, you are great at your job but you cannot teach someone the compassionate understanding that you exude. I have not been able to be comfortable or trust anyone whether it be personal or prof...essional in quite a long time. I was obviously apprehensive and jaded by the time that I crossed your threshold. You all slowly brought back the hope that I had almost totally lost. I extend my gratitude to Sandra, Melodie, Stephanie B. and even Michael. ;-) I was treated with such kindness and respect by all to the extent that I felt like your only client when I walked thru the door. You all helped maintain my first impression of your fearless leader. "Fearless", in every essence of the word along with confidence, integrity, intelligence, and brutal honesty. I don't know how to really explain to you the "big heart" that I saw within her during our initial consultation besides to just say that I truly can't remember all the words spoken but my vision of an oversized heart beating strong, fast and loud. This is what I described to my Mom when I had asked for a few minutes to consult with her before hiring your firm. I couldn't financially afford to hire your firm but I couldn't in so many other ways afford not to hire your firm. We prayed about it and afterward Mom said that she believes God has already given me the answer so that I could have some peace about my decision. The "Big Heart" vision was continually re-affirmed more and more thru each of you as her personally chosen team right up to the grand finale when her "Big Heart" came bursting out front and center. It became infectious and spread throughout with more unexpected blessings and resolutions. I am still somewhat speechless about that last hour of mediation and that may be the best way to describe the events within that hour. I am humbly filled with gratefulness. I highly Recommend Stephanie!!!

I absolutely recommend Stephanie Foster! She and her team went above and beyond my expectations for my custody case. There were some complicated matters involved being that I had a small child, and the dad was on drugs.She and Ashleigh always put my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands the whole ...time. She has hundreds of cases she deals with on a daily basis, she never forgot the details to my case. She and her legal team were always on top of everything. I always got a quick reply if I ever had a question or concern. I got everything I wanted, plus more!! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. If you're looking for an attorney to win your case, choose Stephanie. She is by far the best out there. I usually never write reviews, but I am just so pleased by the outcome of my case.

Performed a Miracle in a Small amout of time

Stephanie was recommended to me very highly by one of my co-workers. I have worked with her twice, once for my divorce and just recently regarding modification to my divorce degree. I had extenuating and compelling reasons to modify the geographical jurisdiction to move and be closer to my Mother. I... had a time line that I was trying to beat because of employment in the area of relocation. It takes forever to go through the court system. Stephanie's knowledge of Collaborative Law is phenomenal. Stephanie scheduled the mediation as soon as possible and we went to arbitration and I was granted to modify the geographical restriction. I hired Stephanie in August 2011 and went through mediation, arbitration and was able to move in November 2011. I trusted Stephanie when she said she would help me and would do everything the most cost effective route and to expedite the process as much as possible. I have recommended her services to my friends, family and co-workers. Stephanie Foster and her staff are so personal, and trustworthy. They responded to every call, email and are very professional.
