Since graduating from Baylor Law School I have been a solo practitioner, as well as a shareholder with Cribbs & McFarland, PC, an Arlington law firm where I handled most of the litigation. I also have handled many matters involving real estate, business and probate that did not involve contested lawsuits.
My objective is to work with my clients to determine their goals, or as I usually ask "at the end of the day when all this is behind you, what does it look like. What do you want to see? What do you want to accomplish?" After agreeing on a realistic end-game we can tailor strategy and work towards achieving it. Sometimes it is as straightforward as deciding how their estate is to be distributed in a Will. Other times it is how to handle a lawsuit that has been brought against them, or how to vindicate their rights if they have a claim against someone else.
There is no such thing as a routine matter.

Paul Francis is a Excellent Attorney. We have used him for many years and has always given us great advice and counsel. We have used Paul for our personal wills, many business and real estate matters.
"I have known and observed Mr. Francis in practice for many years. I have been involved in litigation and transactions where he and I have been on the same side and on opposite sides. His professionalism is unquestionable. His competence is outstanding. I have referred clients to him when I have had conflicts of interest. I have never heard a complaint from them."
"I practiced with Paul for many years, and have handled cases with him since. He definitely knows his stuff. He is a hard working, tenacious litigator. Paul will do his research and prepare well for any case. If I needed a litigator personally, he's who I would hire."
