Since graduating from Baylor Law School I have been a solo practitioner, as well as a shareholder with Cribbs & McFarland, PC, an Arlington law firm where I handled most of the litigation.  I also have handled many matters involving real estate, business and probate that did not involve contested lawsuits.

My objective is to work with my clients to determine their goals, or as I usually ask "at the end of the day when all this is behind you, what does it look like.  What do you want to see?  What do you want to accomplish?"  After agreeing on a realistic end-game we can tailor strategy and work towards achieving it.  Sometimes it is as straightforward as deciding how their estate is to be distributed in a Will.  Other times it is how to handle a lawsuit that has been brought against them, or how to vindicate their rights if they have a claim against someone else.

There is no such thing as a routine matter.

Review of Paul Francis, Attorney
Mr. Francis is excellent! He helped us prepare our wills and helped advise us about an out-of-state trust. He then went above and beyond what we had hoped for and helped find us a much-needed lawyer in Arizona. He's courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and the best-of-the-best!

An attorney I am glad to recommend!
Paul was instrumental in making the handling of my parents estate as painless as possible. My parents both passed away in 2012 leaving me (as executor) and one sister as survivors. We both lived out of state and had absolutely no experience with estate planning/execution. Paul had prepare my parents Last Will and Testiments and knowing my mom's careful nature I did a quick validation of Paul and engaged him to help us through the probate process. It was the best thing I could have done. Paul was patient, kind, offered sound advice answered any and all questions no matter how dumb and left me confident that the process would go well . . .and it did. We were in and out of the probate process in under an hour, all the necessary documents were filed correctly and in a timely manner and the process made smooth. his office staff is friendly, very competent and a joy to talk to. I'd work with Paul again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend to any one needing legal services.

Excellent legal services
I have used the services of Paul Francis for around 10 years. He has prepared my will, power of attorney, and handled real estate transactions. He has always been courteous and professional and prompt in his communications. I trust Paul to handle all my legal needs and would highly recommend his services.

Pleased @ Park Springs
"When a large electric utility company sued our small church for several thousand dollars, Paul defended us in court against the company’s lawyers out of Houston and Dallas. He won a judgment for us and our church did not have to pay the utility company anything! I have known Paul for many years and he is always focused on solving the specific problem, not just offering cookie-cutter solutions. He has a well-deserved rating by his peers of “AV”, the highest possible for attorneys. I recommend him to anyone needing top-notch legal representation." Jack, Elder Board Chairman, Arlington, TX
