Jack William Downing

I got a DWI so we hired Jack Downing. What a mistake. He did not fight for me at all. I have never been in trouble not even a traffic ticket and I got the max sentence for my DWI. This lawyer is not a good criminal lawyer. After all was said and done he took off without my knowledge so I couldn’t eve...n ask his questions. He ghosted me. If you have any kind of criminal case do not hire this lawyer he is not a criminal lawyer. I knew I was screwed when he walked into court the scared look on him said everything. I was doomed from the word go.

I hired Mr. Downing to defend me in court on a Probate case in which he had a year to prepare for. We finally had our court date in 2021 via zoom. When the court session was about to begin, Mr. Downing then proceeded to go into another room, without me by his side when he is supposed to be the on...e representing me. I on the other hand I was placed in a room in which I could not hear the opposing party & or the attorney I was suing. Not being able to hear not even the Judge clearly due to all of the static. I brought this to the attention of Jack. He replied to me that he was aware of the situation of bad communication in at that particular room in which I was place. I then asked jack if I could be placed in another room for the court session he had stated to me no. Second, Mr. Jack Downing did not use any of the evidence I gave him to prepare for the case. When the judge asked him if he had any question for the defendant he replied no. From that point on he did not speak for me not even saying a word to defend me in court.
