also known as The Texas Gavel
Since May of 1993, I have been licensed by and in continous good standing with the State Bar of Texas. To date, I have represented approximately 8000 clients. I primarily have sought compensation for personal injuries and resulting damages sustained by the victims of negligence. Throughout this great state, I have fought for those wrongfully harmed through the negligence of another, such harm has ranged in degree, from whiplash and resulting economic loss to catostrophic injuries resulting in permanant disability and/or death. No case is necessarily too small or too large. I have litigated from the panhandle to Brownsville as well as from the flat plain to the west and to the plush pines of the east. The majority of these injury cases were referred to my office by other attorneys, medical providers, professional associations, unions, and previous clients and family. The best referral I can get, is that of a previous client.

Client Review
Would not recommend David Williams for Physical Assault charges. I obtained him in March, through his paralegal for a contract amount of $50. He has had three paralegals since then, has done nothing on my case and now is demanding $500 to do anything. The original contract was for $50. I have to ...
Mr. Williams had in depth conversations with this client, in person and over the phone regarding her municipal citation, she also communicated with multiple members of legal staff for in excess of two hours, if citation can't be dismissed on procedural ground and plea offer is not acceptable, then only option left is to have a trial. Trial typically will expend 4 -8 hours of attorney time which must be compensated. $50.00 representation from start to a trial doesn't exist.
