“He Took My Difficult Case and Delivered Results despite my criminal record”

My immigration situation was complicated, after immigration placed a hold on me over a domestic violence conviction when my spouse called police on me, and I knew I needed an experienced lawyer for my deportation case. After meeting Dr. Ope Banwo, I felt like I finally had someone who understood w...hat needed to be done because he didn’t mince words with me and told me the challenge as well some options that may help me Though I was terrified initially but Dr Ope was honest, strategic, and very detailed in preparing my case. He made sure nothing was overlooked and guided me through every stage of the process. Going into court, I felt confident because I knew I was well prepared despite being told by everyone that my criminal records makes it impossible to win my case after being in USA for over 12 years. In the end we won. Dr Ope not only won the case he got my green card for me with the judge. I still don’t know how he do it since I didn’t understand most of the back and forth with immigration lawyers but he got me out of there with a green card . Seriously, If your case is serious, Dr. Banwo is the kind of lawyer you want on your side.

“From Confusion to Clarity” - How Dr Ope was direct and frank

When I first started my immigration process, I was completely confused and honestly overwhelmed by all the information out there. Working with Dr. Ope Banwo changed everything. From our first conversation, he took the time to understand my situation and explained my options in a way that finall...y made sense. He didn’t rush me or give generic advice — everything was tailored to my case. What stood out most was his honesty and strategic thinking. He told me exactly what I needed to do, what to avoid, and how to position my case for success. Throughout the process, his team was responsive, professional, and very organized. In the end, my case was successful, and I now have peace of mind about my future in the United States. I highly recommend Dr. Banwo to anyone serious about getting their immigration process done the right way.

From Denial to Victory in Court — Dr. Banwo Saved My Case

My asylum case was initially denied, and that moment was one of the most difficult experiences of my life. I felt like everything I had hoped for in the United States was slipping away. When I came to Dr. Ope Banwo, he didn’t just take my case — he took time to understand my full story. He prep...ared me thoroughly for court, helped me organize my evidence properly, and made sure my testimony was clear and consistent. When we went before the judge, I felt confident for the first time. My asylum was approved. I cannot fully express how grateful I am. Dr. Banwo gave me back my future.

From DIY Mistake to Professional Victory

I initially tried to file my EB-1 petition on my own, but after receiving an RFE and not being able to provide the required evidence, my case was denied. It was a tough lesson. A friend who had been approved through Dr. Ope Banwo referred me to him, and that changed everything. He reviewed m...y situation and advised me not to waste time appealing the denied case. Instead, he recommended filing a new EB-2 NIW petition with a stronger and more realistic strategy. Throughout the process, there were several RFEs, but Dr. Banwo and his team handled each one with expertise and confidence. In the end, my case was approved, and my children and I now have our green cards. I am beyond thankful for the professionalism and dedication of his team.
