Biography
David is Board-Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is well-known throughout Tarrant County for his success in handling complex and high asset divorces. He is also one of a select few lawyers practicing Collaborative Law. In child custody cases, David is focused on getting the results that are in the best interest of the child(ren) while protecting parents' rights. David effectively represents his clients in any Family Law area including adoption, enforcement, modification and paternity. David will attempt to work out the case amicably but will not hesitate to go to trial if necessary.
David also provides personal and compassionate representation in Personal Injury cases.
