I Did hired this firm unfortunately by mistake I paid him for good amount of time after few years I find out this law firm it just nothing just as a joke & bizarre a lost almost 4 Family And Business Cases plus so many of my evidence for my case has been lost in this office I never recovered anymore ...also thousand and thousand Dollars paid them !!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM !!

I have had my case for 11 months with Jim Ross Law group and have not been contacted since paying for my retainer fee. I have had 3 different lawyers at this firm in this time, and each one stated they would give me a call to discuss my case and only once did that ever happen (then that lawyer qui...t without even telling me). I only even found out my lawyer got changed 3 times because I call every couple of months for an update, just for them to respond by asking who I am and what do I need! There must be internal issues to have lawyers that quit so often. I am just as far as day one with my case, and I am disappointed that I kept having faith in them. Now I am out money from them, and have wasted a whole year with my case. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! I used this firm for a suit involving a General Contractor and my company. The suit was filed against me personally even though I had a contract signed between my company and the contractor. The firm looked over all the facts and told me the contractor didn't have a leg t...o stand on. The firm didn't bother to do ANYTHING prior to mediation. They weren't even aware a Lis Pendens was put on my property preventing the sale of the property. This firm is completely inept and should be avoided at all cost. Not only did I lose the suit, that should have been open and shut, but got stuck with a $9,000 bill from the firm. I could have done a better job myself than this firm did. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, AND HEADACH. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!!

I have been a client of Jim Ross for about 8 years now. He has done everything he said he would do and more. He kept me informed and took care of me and my case better than I could've ever imagined. I couldn't say enough about Jim Ross and how well he has handled my case over the years. I am so lucky... I found him when I did and would highly recommend him to anyone.

absolutely, the worst law firm to ever deal with I would never ever recommend him to anyone. his law firm doesn't know how to deal with personnel injury at all. the attorney I had she never returned calls or emails and she never kept me in loop at all like she said from the being. she took her time a...nd dragging her feet getting my medical records and then they sent me to these crummy doctors who really didn't treat me at all I rushed to finish treatment by the attorney because she wanted to be done with my case and because she didn't want to deal with it no more and the doctor the sent me too I was never should have been released because I wasn't ready to be released. they never requested the video tape at all nor did they get any evidence for my case. I was never sent to a doctor that would diagnose me correctly, had to go to my regular doctor to find out I had serve nerve damage and I am just now getting better because of my doctor and why take a case that you never intended to proceed or help me and then drop me. the best thing that happened o me is they dropped me I got a excellent attorney that knows how to handle my kind of cases. In my opinion Jim Ross law firm shouldn't take cases that he can't handle or like I was told my case wasn't a million case so I got dropped, well my settle was 1.9 million
