I bring a 20-year career as an entrepreneur and small business owner in the publishing field to the practice of law. My actual experience with start-up, management, product conception and development, and revenue management put me in a special category to help you navigate the legalities of the business world.
I spent some years negotiating contracts of all sorts on behalf of a major corporation (including non-disclosure agreements, software licensing, professional services, joint development, acquisitions, etc.); this immersive experience allows me to see the strategy AND tactics of contract review from the perspective of both the seller and the buyer.
