In the Matter of James Smith and U.S. Postal Service ( truely postal moment a life ruined)

I filed a claim for disability against the U S Postal Service in which I won. I handled that claim on my own. With the U S Department of Labor settleing with me for compensation over $150.000 back wages and monthy compensation. I was at the time and still suffering from PTSD and Depression. That case... was very taxing to my mental health. But I had a case and I won. When I was well and ready to return to work I was treated indiffrently by the U S Postal Service in part because I filed the claim and won. I knew I needed help in my quest to be returned to my job of 12 years. By LAW I was to be restored to my old job. I retained Atty Sandra FayRandle Fordjour to represent me in the case and she agreed to do so. She appeared to be aware of the proper proceeder regarding the case.In the begaining all paper work was prepared and file on my behalf. On one occaion she was asked by the oposeing side to join them as an employee I thought that to be odd when I was sitting right there, she didnt seem to refuse the idea. I found that troublesome. but I kept the faith that she would continue to fight for my rights that where affored me by law. My case went all the way to an A J `s court and he advised both party`s to submit all fact in the case to him. The Postal Service submited nothing! No breif no nothing by his time line. At that point I won! And the A J all but addmitted that, in fact he order both sides to come to an agreement on the matter because he didnt want to make that ruleing. A nother odd moment I thought. The postal service offered me $200.00 on a case that was every bit worth 2.5 Million. Thats when my nightmare started. Atty Fordjour was to file motions rejecting the offer and the fact the Postal Service didnt abide by the A J `s rule of law. Atty Fordjour in stead moved out of her office and I never heard from her again. Takeing my complete case file with her. She let no word on how to get in touch with her, nor did she send me a copy of my case file.No other Atty could help me without the case file. without knowing the last date of court hearing. The LACKADAZACAL responce to and for my case by Atty Fordjour has cost me more than a lost of my job restoration it has caused a resurfaceing of my PTSD and Depression. My only redress is to write this review. I would not refer any one to Atty Fordjour for legal help. I also saw on line a review of my case and the opinon was that the A J should have ruled in my favor as well but my counsel failed to file the motions to challange the courts finding. She failed to handle my case in the maner in which I would recive a fare and just out come. I am how ever glad to see some one reported her short comeings although it does nothing to heal my pain or recover my losses.
