After speaking with several people in the community on the best lawyer in town to handle my mistake (We all make them), I met with John and have learned why he is the one that everyone I spoke with recommended him. He was very easy to talk to about what I had gotten myself into, he understood that it... was more than just a charge- it was something that could affect my career possibilities after graduation. He was honest and up front with how things needed to be handled. Since that consultation, John has used his knowledge and negotiation skills to help my case in ways I did not even know could happen. John and his assistant (Amanda) have treated me more than just a client. I truly feel that he has invested time and effort into my case and the positive results from that show. He has been with me at every meeting i have had that has pertained to my case and that goes to show his dedication. Him and his assistant have helped turn a really negative situation into a "its going to be just fine" situation. Thankfully, my mistake will not follow me through my future and I give that credit to John and his staff 100%. Choosing an attorney was very hard, as I have never had to do this before and i know who you hire as your attorney is crucial- it can either make your case or break it! . I am extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend John. His office has made this bad experience not so bad. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

MR HEATH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DEFEND MY CASES. MY RESULTS WERE SURPRISINGLY FAIR CONSIDERING THE CIRCUMSTANCES. SADLY I HAVE HAD TO USE HIM MORE THAN ONCE BUT WAS ENTIRELY SATISFIED BOTH TIMES. MR. HEATH WILL DEFINATELY BE MY RECOMENDATION AND IF I FIND MYSELF IN HOT WATER AGAIN (WHICH I WON'T) H...E WILL BE MY FIRST CALL

Mr. Heath did nothing. I talked to him when I hired him. That was the last time I saw him. His assistant was the only one who would call me back. He showed up to court 2 hours late and didn't say a word. His assistant told me I was going to plead guilty. If I wanted an secretary to handle my case I w...ould have hired one! I fired him that day and hired another lawyer in town. The other lawyer got my whole case dismissed. If I would have done what his office said I would have been screwed. Do not use Mr. Heath!
