I had a legal issue crop up. Today as of this posting. Had some collection agency call me and state that they would be charging me with "Defrauding a financial institution". Now granted I did have a outstanding balance with a payday loan ($200). But the collection agency told me that I had 48 hours t...o comply or they would arrest me! So I contacted Holly Perkins-Meyers and told them everything. They advised me to tell the collector to call them. Told the collector to call them, and they did. Holly Perkins-Meyers put them in their place as it is illegal for a collection agency to do that! So they told them that if they wanted to take it to court they had best get their best attorney because they were ready for a fight with the collection people! I highly recommend them for all legal problems!
