Biography
I am a wife and mother of two beautiful children. After practicing at Thompson & Knight, LLP for several years, my husband and I decided to move our family to East Texas. While I loved my time in Dallas and miss a few things about big city life, I am very happy in East Texas. I have experience in a broad range of legal work - from class action securities fraud to divorce and everything in between. We focus on personal injury, but also know that our clients need our help on other issues that arise in their daily lives, such as divorce or custody issues. We are happy to help, whatever the need, whenever it arises.

Fabulous Firm
Jill Penn was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was thorough and always took the time to make sure I understood everything that was happening. Her entire firm was always very professional and kind. I would recommend the firm to anyone needing a lawyer.

Best Choice!
I was fortunate to be referred to Jill by another attorney from the area, I live in Houston and my divorce was filed in Rusk. I met with her, she is young and bright and had just become a mom. I was concerned that she might be distracted, but she didn't miss a beat. My divorce had been drug out for ...

Jill Penn ar Richards and Penn
Jill is a sweetheart, but I would not want to be on the opposite side from her. She has compassion, empathy and sympathy. Jill is a good communicator; she kept in touch all the time. I never worried about anything she was in charge of.
