Biography
Frank graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 2002 and went on to earn a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2006.
Frank is married to his wife Kristi and they have four beautiful daughters. Frank is verteran having served his country in the United States Navy. Frank is a member of numerous legal associations including the State Bar of Texas and The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association. Frank also serves his community as an elected member to the Rusk ISD Board of Trustees.
