Jonathan C. Wilson

Jonathan was engergetic, well prepared, and extremely knowledgeable about the FLSA and application of the law to our case. His team was prompt in interviewing past and former employees, and submitted excellent briefing which ultimately was successful in reducing the size of the potential class from ...several hundred past and present employees, to less than 25 employees. This action took the sail out of the wind of the opposing counsel and in our view turned the judge to look to Wilson and his team from Littler as the experts in the case, which allowed our company to go out of the case relatively unscathed. Jonathan can be aggressive in his dealings with opposing counsel, but also diplomatic when necessary to try to reach resolution of issues that do not advance the merits of the case.
