Byron Lindsey Kelley

I was referred to Byron Kelley by another local attorney. When I called to make an appointment, I got an answering machine and left a message. He called both my numbers late the next day. I was not at home and had left my cell phone in my car while I was inside the courthouse taking care of some busi...ness. When I got back to my car and saw he had called, it was almost 5:00 so I waited until the next morning to call him back. I got his answering machine again. I left a message apologizing for missing his call, and asking him to call me again. I have not heard from him since. On a positive note, I'm glad I discovered his casual approach to the practice of law before paying him anything.
