Mr. Platten represented me when I was accused of DWI. He assured me he would do everything he could to help me. The day of trial I was nervous and I was offered probation. Mr. Platten told me I could either take the deal or we could go to trial and I most likely get probation even if I convicted. ... But he believed he could win my case. He said all he had to do was get the right jury. I was so scared through the trial but Mr. Platten told me it would be ok and told me to try and maintain my composure.
