Felony Dismissed

Erick Platten got my aggravated assault dismissed. I was looking at twenty years but he showed I didn't what they said I did. This was a very difficult time for me an my family. If your in trouble you need to hire him.

The best attorney!

I highly recommend Erick Platten! He did so much for me! I was indicted for felony forgery of a financial instrument in Smith county. When we went to court he convinced the judge to granted me deferred adjudication. On top of that he dedicated a lot of time and hard work to convince the judge to tran...sfer my probation to Kansas successfully. He is a great attorney. He is the one to hire as your attorney. Erick also helped me get tickets dismissed in another county for a totally different case!

First-Rate Laweyer

I was charged with a felony that could have resulted in several years in prison with a felony record. However, Erick, being the kick-ass attorney that he is, was able to arrange deffered adjudication that will allow me to keep my current job and not have a felony conviction.
