my son got into some trouble and we needed a lawyer. we didnt know anything about the process or what we needed. i called mr platten he was very comforting and i left feeling like everything would be ok. my son had serious charges against him but Mr Platten got him deferred sentence, My son also h...ad a divorce and child visitation which was complicated. Mr Platten handled this for us also and was able to get my son regular visitation with his daughter and get all his rights, it was very trying but with Mr Plattens help it is all behind us and we are enjoying visiting with my grandaughter, without Mr Platten I dont think this would have beeen possible

It took me 5 years to teach the police in my county to leave me alone, and don't waste their time giving me a ticket, because when they did I went to Platten's office and hired him to fight my tickets, and then they spend their extra time in a courtroom with the DA, my Attry, and the Judge, until the... ticket was dismissed. Soon word got out that you are innocent until proven Guilty.

I was really nervous about my case. So much so I just tried to forget about it and hoped it would just go away. The closer the court date approached I knew it wasnt going away and I finally called Erick. Erick asked me to be honest with him and tell him everything. over the next few days we spoke ...and Erick assured me that he was going to do his best to make sure the case was dismised. A few months later Erick made good and called me the day before the final court date and gave me the GREAT news. "the case has been dismissed"-Erick. That to me was the BEST news i had heard in over a year.

Mr.Platten is a wonderful attorney. I was in a position where i could have been sent to prison for 2 years. I had 5 probation violations and that is not good at all. Mr.Platten kept me informed own everything. He let me no that the case was very serious, but he let me no i was in good hand with him r...epresenting me in this matter. The one thing he didn't do is promise me that i wouldn't go to jail. He said he would do whatever it takes to keep me from going to jail. And thanks to him my probation was not revoked.
