I hired Mr. Platten to take care of a ticket I received from a Texas State Trooper. He was very reasuring that he would take care of my ticket and said not to worry. The next thing I got was a letter from the court saying I was convicted and there was nothing I could do about it. This was three mo...nths ago and he still has not returned my calls about the case. Very expensive and Mr. Platten did nothing to help me. VERY DISAPOINTED!
