Mr Platten saved me...and, he saved much of my confidence in our legal system. Before meeting Mr Platten, I found myself the victim of an unscrupulous law firm. I asked this "other" firm to place a lien upon a non-paying client. Later, I realized that due diligence had not been done, OR this firm w...as "in bed" with the very organization from who I sought restitution. I found myself not only "wronged" from the business world, but now "wronged" from the very system that is supposed to be bring justice. Thank's to Erick I got second chance at life. Was facing 12 years in prison , and got 10 years DEFERRED probation. Im sure if I went with any other lawyer my outcome would have not been so favorable. I have a had a pretty tough year until I meet Mr Platten. I had gotten my second DWI and I hired him to represent me. A year had gone by and still no news the only thing I heard from Mr. Platten was everything was going to be just fine. Well that is a lot easier said when you are not the one that cou...ld be going to jail. When it finally came down to court time he made me feel at ease, really at ease cause he did what he said he does and that is find errors and the gets after the DA. When it came time for me to pay the ticket and walk out of court a free man all I had was a personal check, well courts do not take checks.
