She has been appointed to represent me she has a very rude attitude and is very disrespectful my wife tried to talk to her while(wife) was in the attorney general office and they heard the way was talking on the phone so not only have we but also the attorney general office in Smith county has filed ...a complaint against her with the state attorney general office and the veteran treatment court is also going to be fileing against her just maybe by doing this she will be disbarred from every working in the court system anymore

I should have known not to have her on my case when we had our first meeting and she failed to mention that she charged a $250 consultation fee until afterwards. 2/3 of my court dates passed and we hadn’t met up once to discuss anything, despite me attempting to keep regular contact with her. When I ...brought this up, she told me it was because I hadn’t been indicted yet which come to find out, was not true and I had already been indicted for one of my cases. She only contacted me when it was regarding money. She was aware of the fact that I live paycheck to paycheck and was barely scraping by to even afford her but yet somehow it was my fault when she neglected to run my debit card on the original pay date and waited 2 weeks, then got mad when I told her she would have to wait a few days until I got paid again. She’s had an unnecessarily insulting attitude with me more than once and when I confronted her she said “what’s wrong with you?” She was a waste of money, energy, and time, which is 3 things I couldnt afford to lose.
