Biography
Your case is important and unique. Choose an attorney who will partner with you to honestly and fairly guide you through the sometimes complex legal process. Excellent communication, reasonable rates, and dedicated representation are my goals. Law is a second career for me as I come from a background with service as a United States Marine, state and federal investigator, and association executive. I am a veteran of many trials both as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney. I hold a Master of Arts in Political Science as well as a Juris Doctorate.
My approach to the practice of law is to partner with each client to investigate the legal issues at hand, empower the client with knowledge of the law, and advise them on a recommended course of action. Together we then take affirmative steps in the legal action. I strive to keep my clients informed and updated on case developments. I also have no problem seeking guidance and mentoring from other attorneys and professionals if the need arises.
I offer free consultations and like the old country doctors of yesteryear, I have been known to make house calls! I will meet you at your home, office, or another convenient place. My office is mobile. I am based in Kilgore, Texas but will travel throughout East Texas.
