Represents willingness to resolve case in a speedy manner and in client's favor, however, once retained, one does not see results any time soon. Largest fault was a complete lack of communication; I left many, many messages with office staff, often noting that the issue was very important, but rec...eived no return call from attorney. The fact that issues were not resolved as promised was aggravating, however, my biggest complaint would be the non-existent communication regarding the case.
