DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!! She reduced my retainer of 7,500.00 to 0.00 and then requested withdrawl as representive because she had a personal vendetta, and manipulation of existing resources (Network and Legal System)to get the judge to agree even after I denied her request (She got paid to know my ...case then failed to communicate as well as failed to follow my written instructions). Mrs Charles is unprofessional and will take all your retainer and then drop you as a client after retainer gone if you dont follow her "recommendations", even though you are the one whom hired her! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!

Ms. Charles and her staff are highly professional, and help you realize that you must step past your emotional reaction to the situation and strategize. Her court appearances are prompt and effective, and billing is itemized and clear. She also makes referrals to other lawyers as the situation aris...es, and her staff is attentive and responsive even over the telephone or via email. It is important to realize that Ms. Charles is a professional and act accordingly so you can make the best use of your time. She will carefully explain anything in a ruling, but I personally find when I approach meetings in the same manner I would a doctor's appointment I have a much better understanding of what she is explaining. A lawyer is not there for emotional support, but for legal advice, and that's something many people being faced with divorce may have a difficult time remembering.
