He represented himself as a probate attorney after my mother died. The only thing that was accomplished was me being appointed administrator over my mother’s estate. He repeatedly listed the assets wrong and when he asked me to come to his office to make sure he got it right he charged me additionally for the conference room. He filed an extension without my giving me prior notice. He had multiple conflicts of interest with the opposing attorney and when I asked him to do what was advised to me by the Texas Bar he quit. His charge was $6,500 for high blood pressure and my still being stuck with my mother’s home.
Cade is a lifelong resident of Bowie County, who was born and raised in New Boston. He earned his J.D. in May of 2015 from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, and he earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2011.
