Hired this man in 2011 and for the first two years represented me properly. Then for whatever reason would not return phone calls or reply to emails, - he never would articulate a clear strategy - would ask me "...what do you want to do ?" I had laid out in very concise clear written details what t...he outcomes I desired for my family. He promised action then never did what he said he was going to do. Court Connect verified he did not perform even adequate service. This summer he was unprepared and seemed unorganized. To be fair I am assuming that your attorney is your partner and as your client he/she should work FOR you and the style and frequency of communication should meet the clients needs within common sense reason and appropriate time frames. The client should not have to make numerous phone calls and emails to get simple questions answered. When this attorney's behavior was discussed in general with other attorneys as I sought out new legal representation they all agreed he did NOT represent me to the best of his ability and there were comments that he used to be very effective. Not so much now I must share in this review.
