Michael Robert Unger

Mr. Unger assisted me to make respected a will where I inherited an estate. I had no blood link with the died owner, she was a dear friend and the second wife of my dead father. As first step he subscribed the will to the judge to be reconized as valid. As second step he assisted me when the died own...er related people tried to open a new trial to reclame the estate or just being reimborsed for what they paid for the estate. In this step he mediate with their lawyer and succeed to avoid the opening a new trial made me to pay just the expenses made by them to mantain the estate and it is what I desidered. It can seems a normal procedure when a USA lawyer confronts himself with a USA person, but he made something better. He was able to communicate and help an italian person with a little english knowledge, avoiding her to stay in the USA for the entire duration of the trial. Moreover he was really patient to explain some law related things to an inexperienced person using simple words, considering the difficulty related to the different language and the little english knowledge of her client. I personally found him a great a really professional person.
