Demaris A. Hart

During my divorce I was blessed to have Demaris Hart represent me. She was extremely knowledgeable and advised me with confidence. Demaris was the bright spot in my divorce. She was also very kind and considerate in dealing with me and my situation. I have recommended her to many others since goi...ng through the divorce. In my opinion, she is the most qualified divorce attorney in Northeast Texas. If you want to be represented by an attorney that knows the law front to back, then Demaris Hart is the obvious choice.

Demaris Hart represented me in a child custody suit almost a year ago, and she also helped handle my divorce nearly 14 years ago. She is honest, invested in the people she represents, and always fair. You can't expect better. I originally (14 years ago) hired another local attorney, but she recommend...ed Demaris because I had special circumstances (a handicapped child). She is the best attorney -- SUPER SMART -- while "keeping it all real."

Did not file all the paper work that she was paid to do, filed the paperwork in the wrong county and did not fix it, never could get my name right, and kept getting the cases mixed up. I really don't know if it was deliberate or not, but with basic things like, filing all the paper work with the righ...t people, and giving in when she had a large stack (really a stack) of evidence plus multiple creditable witness (she used none of it), it makes me just really curious as to her reasoning for everything, she seemed like a nice person. Had to come back later with a new attorney, and now everything is good
