Demaris A. Hart

I do not believe Demaris cared enough about my case, and I should have gotten another attorney but could not afford one. After going back to court again and paying more fees I would have been better off going alone. Lack of preparation and helpful advice have put me in a bad spot. Every dime I had we...nt to her, and I received nothing in return, except another bill.

Demaris Hart is an awesome lawyer. She treated me as if the kids and I were her family. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were given the opportunity to start over and begin making good memories. Divorce is hard, but with the help of Demaris Hart, the kids and I felt safe and kne...w she was protecting us. I owe her my life. Without her, the kids and I would have been lost. Thanks to Mrs. Hart, the kids and I were given the opportunity to have a fresh start, free from an abusive spouse and father, and have a future to be happy about. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs help to start over, and make a better life for yourself and your children. I will be forever grateful. I was lost and a basket case, but she took me under her wing, and saved us.

Did not file all the paper work that she was paid to do, filed the paperwork in the wrong county and did not fix it, never could get my name right, and kept getting the cases mixed up. I really don't know if it was deliberate or not, but with basic things like, filing all the paper work with the righ...t people, and giving in when she had a large stack (really a stack) of evidence plus multiple creditable witness (she used none of it), it makes me just really curious as to her reasoning for everything, she seemed like a nice person. Had to come back later with a new attorney, and now everything is good
