John Seaburn Delk II

Hired Mr Delk for a illegal lockout case, he said it would be no problem. Long story 3 years later and nothing being done he quit. I wish I had checked him out before hand. Worst experience ever.

My husband and I sold a house on contract. We were not sure what kind of contract we needed, but we knew what we wanted. John Delk helped us discover what our needs actually were and drew up a great contract that served us very well. We plan on using his firm for all our future legal needs.

Paid att over thousand dollors when my son was taking by cps at age 9 never got court date never would get return call when my son was old enough to say where he wanted to live still never could get call or court date now my son is 17 ask for refund said he did his part which was NOTHING.
