My ex hired him for$100 m/l in2013 ten yrs after tx closed child support case closed and it was never reopened says Denise Wallace Mgr oag. Yet 10 yrs later (sons in their 40’s )he filed suit against me. A disabled elderly sr. Cost me $1000.00 retainer. Their intent was emotional and financial distr...ess! Tx family code laws state time limitations of ten yrs after youngest son is 18. The year =2001. Eldest son lived with me “ex voluntarily relinquished his p0ssession of him. Tx section 157.007 “ (a) the other 2sons were Not conceived in tx! But in Arkansas where we lived until tx home built. (no tx jurisdiction). Tx code 154.006 (b) (1) and (4). Child supports terminates when child’s married and 18 yrs age”. Ex had my SS#but never garnished my wages why? This case is just harassment to me as they say “to get even”. They claim I badmouthed ex at 2hr lunch with son and grson. Ex name was never mentioned! Ask son and grson. If true why didn’t they sue for defamation? Cause it was a lie. His motive was greed ex saw copy of my will I gave son and saw I had some money. I’m domestic violence survivor with ptsd . Ex did several aggravated assaults to me. And this is just another example to hurt me. They dismissed it day of court (never intented to go) but added without prejudice just to intentionally inflict emotional distress for 3 more yr statute. What smith didnot mention was Ex was in contempt of court for backed owned delinquent child support payments to me from the first divorce 1980! In my opinion, this attorney should be disbarred or disciplined

Al Smith in my opinion is the best Criminal Attorney in Bowie County. I hired Al almost 10 years ago and have continued to use his services every since. He is the most affective and honest lawyer I have ever known. He goes that extra mile when necessary.
