Biggest mistake!!!!
I will never recommend this lawyer to anybody, he took a big amount of my money and when we were about 2 weeks away to finish my case he withdrawl the case. Now i have no money and not lawyer! He put no effort and not interest on the case, something that it was supposed to take 90 days went to 7 mon...

Lance did a great job for my family in transferring land deeds, after our parants moved to heaven
Lance is an excellent lawyer and fees are reasonable, i enjoyed working with him after my parents moved to heaven. My Dad also worked with Lance for years before he moved to heaven and was completely satisfied.
