Rita Norma Bacon

She know who I am, the older son on the case she was hire to represent in 2003. This is on the estate of Manuel Rivera. My dad die without will, she verified it back then, everything was going perfect. We arrived at court, my 2 sisters and I to face my step mother and her 5 kids, 2 out the 5 were ad...ults. We were told the court had already passed 2 weeks ago!!! Rita Bacon never returned any of our calls, about 3 days ago before calling the Texas Bar Association of Attorneys she hang up the phone on me, now that I just found her!!! When she disappeared we sent her a certified letter via another attorney telling her she was fire, and she needed to sign the letter, but she never returned the letter, so it was hard for that attorney to continue,.....but the case IS STILL OPEN!!! Rita Bacon did not show up to court, did not answer the phone and for the next 4 years she banished, the Garland police got inside her home in flamingo dr thinking she was dead....the house was empty, some suit cases packed!! My name is Manuel de Jesus Rivera Chavez,....the case is still open and Rita Bacon has being overviewing this case, last time she went to the Dallas County Clerks was on 2009....so she is working hand with hands with my step mom!!! everything is at the records building and at the George allen courts building.....We paid her and we have a copy of the contract, she disappear and 2 years later my step mom presented a will at another court with another case....the will was prepared at a real estate company, Casa Real Estate whose owner is Jorge Umberto Guandique Rivera brother of my father. ( about 6 years ago 14+ people were put in jail and some are still in jail for accepting money under the table to file and recorded fake docs, as i believe the widow did in order to record a fake will, which was done very stupid, because in it, it say and says : any son or daughter by blood to manuel rivera is also part to this inheritance") .... Jorge Guandique a Real Estate Broker did not do a good job at filling out the will sold at office depot!! Also about 60+ properties were tranffered into an entity called The Rivera Family LLP, .....out all of the properties one deed was mailed out to the physical address of Casa Real Estate on Military Pkw in Dallas TX ( (the property is the one located in Lancaster TX on Interurban Ave)....the notary on all the deeds is the same as the one on the will..... can you believe this!!!! by the way the notary's name is Laura Salinas, the daughter of Jorge Guandiques partner at the real estate company. Jorge Guandique the broker and 3 other brothers, which by the way are my uncles have being buying and selling properties together with my step mother. My father at the time of his death, he was collecting at least $40,000 on rent per month, the rent was from 57 mobile homes and a strip of places on Harry Hines. My Dad did not get along with Jorge Guandique nor with Rafael Isidro Rivera......it is very strange how after my dad dies, they got together with the widow and started doing many joint business.....my dad was MURDERED inside the bar he owned on Harry Hines, a bullet to the heart. The widow gave the report to the police, and on the death certificate says the cause of the death was accidental!!......on the fake will shows the widow claimed an accidental life insurance!!!! I know my life and the life of my family is at risk by me posting this.....but I want justice for my dad .....and for my sisters and I to get our share of what my dad made.
