Will preparation
Dan Perkins prepared our wills for my spouse and I. He was thorough, professional, and open to answering any questions we had. We felt very comfortable with his expertise and would refer anyone to him. It was our pleasure and honor to have him prepare our wills.
Thank you Pam! It was an honor and pleasure to serve you and your spouse.

Wills and Living wills
Dan is a great gentleman and offers a wonderful service for Pastors. He handled mine and my wife's wills, POAs, living wills and advanced as directives just as we asked. His assistant Kim prepared our paperwork and we signed it all in one sitting. Dan is great and the staff is wonderful.
Thank you Steve. My grandfather was a pastor, my daughter is a youth pastor, and I do not charge pastors, Greenville firefighters, or Greenville police for wills and durable powers of attorneys. I strongly support those who are clergy, firefighters, and police and fully admire their sacrifices.

He is professional, thorough, and he genuinely cares about his clients. I will always refer my personal injury cases to Dan Perkins."
"Mr. Perkins is a talented lawyer with extensive experience in Hunt County. He is ethical, honest, and works hard to get the best possible results for his clients in settlements or at the courthouse. I always ask Mr. Perkins to help me with any cases that I have in Greenville and he is always willing to go an extra mile for his clients. I strongly endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. Dan is one of the most conscientious, thorough lawyers I know. He also does mediation, and he's GOOD at it!"
"Dan Perkins is diligent, kind, smart, and honest. We have worked on personal injury cases together and he always impresses with his knowledge and commitment to his clients. As an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, I see the work of many attorneys -- and when my own family needed legal advice in the Greenville area, I referred them to Dan Perkins. I cannot endorse any attorney more highly than to refer my own family to them, and Dan has earned that endorsement."
"Outstanding lawyer. Dan Perkins in at the top of my list of ethical attorneys. He represents his clients honestly and zealously. And he gets results."
"Dan is an attorney of high moral character and legal proficiency. He treats fellow attorneys fairly, and shows genuine concern for his clients and his community. He is truly a tribute to the profession."
"Dan Perkins is a GREAT person and an outstanding attorney. He maintains the highest ethical standards and applies those in both his life and his work. Anyone would be blessed to have Dan as their attorney. I recommend him whole-heartedly. He has spoken many times at seminars I've attended. He is very bright and well educated. As a lawyer and a person Dan comes as close to the ideals of Atticus Finch as any real lawyer I've come across in my twenty years as an attorney."
