Lori Shaw

Lori Shaw was involved in a Foreclosure/Investor Rescue and Closing Scam. Her Partners, Lakisha Woods, Ted Kass and Title Attorney Gaylene Rogers Lonergan negotiated a short sale that was not disclosed to me the seller of the property. Lakisha Woods set up a fake closing on 3/1/2018 with Title Atto...rney Lonergan of Post Oak Title Company. At that closing, there was not any funding. Lonergan refused to give a copy of the closing package at the closing stating it would be mailed out. It never was. On 3/5/2018, Shaw and Kass, purchased my property from Woods for over $150k less than was listed as the payoff in the 3/1/2018 HUD Settlement Statement (finally sent by email from Lonergan in 2/2019). They negotiated a short sale with Caliber Home Loans, the Servicer, before the 3/1/2018 sale and did not advise me. I sent a letter to Shaw's former Law Firm regarding her improprieties. It resulted in an email from her which documented that the 3/1/2018 was not funded. The Lender listed on the HUD Settlement Statement also confirmed no funding. Caliber, Shaw, Lonergan have refused to send a copy of the payoff wire from the 3/5/2018 closing. This request has been on going since March 2018.
