About Zeke
Biography
Zeke began his legal career as a prosecutor at the Collin County District Attorney's office. While at the District Attorney's office Zeke tried over 150 jury trials, including several high profile cases involving Aggravated Kidnapping and Capital Murder. Zeke took pride in representing victims and seeking justice on their behalf. Zeke is board certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
In 2017, Zeke joined Eberstein Witherite because he wanted to continue to help victims recover their damages. He enjoys learning more about each victim's experience so he can better represent them in court.
Outside of his practice of law, Zeke has taught Trial Advocacy at SMU School of Law as an adjunct professor, and coached high school mock trial teams. He also has lectured across Texas numerous times to teach other lawyers about effective trial advocacy.
