Steven R. Dunn has over 26 years of experience representing individuals and companies in federal courts throughout the United States and state courts in the State of Texas.
Mr. Dunn currently specializes in representing third party debt collectors in cases in which they are accused of violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related common law causes of action. Mr. Dunn has been admitted pro hac vice in approximately 20 federal courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Dunn also has a strong background prosecuting and defending a wide range of cases, from defense of corporate entities in slip and fall cases, to contract and insurance disputes, to real estate disputes to corporate matters and oversight of companies to assist with compliancy with federal statutes.
